What is DECAID Academy?

The DECAID Academy is a learning platform for companies that want to efficiently educate their employees in AI training in order to drastically increase the efficiency of the company. It offers practice-oriented continuing education for specialists and managers in digital transformation.

Are managers or HR supported during implementation?

Yes, there are separate modules and guidelines that show how the platform can be strategically integrated into personnel development and leadership. The AI Manager role profile is particularly focused at the implementation of AI in companies.

What topics does the learning offer cover?

The topics range from the application of AI in process automation, image generation, change management to compliance or copywriting. The individual role profiles provide a good overview.

How does the content differ from classic e-learning courses?

DECAID focuses on short, modular learning units with direct practical relevance. The content is continuously updated and checked for comprehensibility and applicability.

How long do the learning units last?

Individual learning units are designed to last approximately 10-30 minutes and can therefore be flexibly integrated into everyday working life. Learning units are part of role profiles, which have course materials of around 5-10 hours.

Are there any exercises or application examples?

Yes, all role profiles include templates or prompt templates so that the user can immediately apply the newly learned knowledge.

Which tools are used through the DECAID Academy — and are they included in the price?

The DECAID Academy itself does not provide any fixed tools. Every company works with its own tool stack. The Academy specifically supports employees in using the tools used in the company competently. The licenses for these tools are not included in the price of the DECAID Academy — they must be provided separately by the company. We only teach proven tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Perplexity and many more.
