The desire for global empowerment

Following initial strategic initiatives relating to AI, MAM Baby recognized the challenge in autumn 2023: How can a profound change be implemented not only in management, but across locations, languages and time zones? The aim was clear: All employees should be empowered to use AI safely, productively and responsibly. The DECAID Academy became a central component of this vision.

The implementation

A global rollout with local roots

Access to the Academy was rolled out globally within a few weeks, from Brazil to Malaysia. MAM Baby seamlessly integrated the platform into existing structures without the hassle of creating its own content. Content could be adopted, deepened and tailored to individual roles. Flexible scalability was particularly valuable: employees were able to learn independently, at their own pace and along practical use cases. Compared to other providers, DECAID impressed with its strategic depth, technical scalability and immediate applicability. Many other options were either too generic, too superficial, or not designed to be global.

THE RESULT:

Visible results, shared learning

The impact of the Academy was quickly apparent. In an internal survey, 71% of respondents stated that they had achieved concrete efficiency gains through the content, for example by refraining from external advice or by preparing market analyses themselves. 77% found the content helpful or very helpful. In addition, a new learning culture was created: teams began to actively share prompts, use cases, and results. The Academy became a platform for joint learning, structured, secure and globally connected.
